What can I expect during my Reiki Session?
You arrive for your session in a t-shirt and sweats (clean socks please), ready to relax. The client remains fully-clothed during the entire Reiki session.
We will have a brief discussion to determine the focus of our work for the day. I will utilize the full range of my counseling, esoteric healing and intuitive skills to help guide you and clarify your thoughts.
Supported by therapeutic pillows, on a heated massage table, in a calm and welcoming environment, you will relax and allow the wisdom of Reiki to work. I will work intuitively, either on, above or away from the body, to share Reiki with you. There are other methods by which I may transmit the energy, including blowing, brushing, tapping and smoothing.
Every client and session is unique, so you may experience heat, cold, vibration, tingling or images. You may even drift off to sleep.
After your session, you will have time to reflect and ask any questions you may have. I always suggest that my clients drink plenty of water following a session, as it helps keep the energy moving and lengthens the affect of your session.
What are your hours? All my sessions are by appointment only:
Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, I am available from 7:30pm - 10:00pm.
Wednesdays, I have an hour free following my Reiki Circle, 9:00pm - 10:00pm.
Saturdays and Sundays are by appointment, 11:00am - 5:00pm.
