What if you only want Reiki for pain and stress relief, with less counseling involved?

We can do that, too.

This is great for pre- or post-surgery, injuries, detox and relaxation.

 

When you arrive, we will discuss what your current needs and situation are, and I can answer any questions yu might have Reiki - then we can get you up on the table fairly quickly!

 

I will encourage you to choose an Affirmation to keep in your mind during your Reiki session – it keeps your mind from wandering and focuses you on something proactive and positive, which works with the energy to provide insight and relaxation.

 

Then we will move on to the Reiki – with therapeutic pillows, on a cushioned massage table, in a calm and welcoming environment, you will relax, always fully-clothed, and allow the wisdom of Reiki to work. I will work intuitively, either on, above or away from the body, to share Reiki with you. It is a simple placement of hands.

 

Every client and session is unique, so you may experience heat, cold, vibration, tingling, images or even nothing at all. You may even drift off to sleep. Snoring is completely acceptable.

 

After your session, you will have time to reflect and ask any questions you may have.

Session Details

It's best to arrive for your session in a t-shirt and sweats (clean socks please). Skirts, sweatshirts, tanktops and shorts really don't work as well!  The client remains fully-clothed during the entire Reiki session.

Hours:

Sessions are by appointment only.

Monday ~ Thursday, 11am - 2pm, 4pm - 10pm, last appointment is at 9pm.

Saturdays, hours are between 11:00am and 5:00pm.

Most sessions are an hour or an hour and a half, which offers the best opportunity for both in-depth counseling and Reiki work.

$140   Initial Evaluation Session is 1 1/2 Hours, to assess your goals, situation and allow time for your Initial Reiki Session

Following that, sessions are:

$129   1 1/2 Hours, the best option to allow ample time for both counseling and Reiki

$98     One Hour
